About the Role …

We are currently looking for an experienced Cafe All-Rounder who has a bright, outgoing personality and exceptional customer service skills to join the team at our very popular Cafe.

The successful candidate must have full availability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering a high standard of service to members and guests
• Clearing tables and loading dishwasher with dirty crockery
• Preparing hot and cold beverages, including various styles of coffees, milkshakes, cold-pressed juices, etc (Barista experience preferred)
• Preparing and cooking food, including sandwiches, salads, breakfast items, plating desserts, etc (basic cooking experience preferred)
• Handling all cash transactions in an efficient manner, ensuring the security of cash and the privacy of member details at all times
• Maintaining a clean and tidy environment
• Working with a team who have a strong Workplace, Health and Safety focus.

About you…

• A minimum of 1-2 years of food and beverage experience
• Must have strong barista skills and work in fast paced cafe
• Reliability and the flexibility to work a variety of shifts
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work as a team
• High level of grooming and personal presentation standards
