The Responsibilities.....

  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with local and state PCO's, Event Management Companies, Corporate Houses and Travel Agents through consistent active sales activities
  • Source and identify new clients, opportunities or leads for the Hotel & Event Centre
  • Attend tradeshows, networking, community events and industry meetings as required
  • Write contracts and proposals tailored to the needs of the business
  • Prepare regular reports detailing sales activities, potential leads, competitor activity, successes and challenges and planned activities for the future
  • Represent the Hotel & Event Centre with the highest standard of service at all times and perform all duties according to the property's standards, policies and procedures
  • Research and identify new business development opportunities with focus on residential conferences; create and continually update a pipeline of new clients
  • Meet the outlined KPI's that are designed to align with the strategic plan of the organisation
