We are looking for an individual with a fun loving personality, great energy and full of confidence to join our team as a Promotions Attendant!

We need someone that is keen to get out there, have some fun and not be afraid to jump behind the mic and get the show on the road!

About the role...

• Jump on the mic as a host to deliver the promotional material by engaging the patrons in the activities
•  Deliver an exceptional level of customer service and build rapport with club members and patrons, whilst having a strong understanding of the importance of customer loyalty and retention strategies
• Have a strong understanding of the information and rules regarding promotions and upcoming activities
• Build excitement and create a fun, enjoyable atmosphere for those chiming in!

Some examples of the promotions are, but not limited to:

• Members Raffles
• Birthday Draws
• Cash Carnival Promotions
• Members Cash Giveaways

To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following: 

Essential skills and competencies:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team
• Excellent organisational skills
• Confidence and ability to speak on a microphone
• High level of grooming and personal presentation standards

Experience and Qualifications:

• Current Qld RSG & RSA
• Experience in TAB, Keno & Gaming would be advantageous
