THE ROLE

We are looking for an aspiring leader with the motivation and drive to succeed, who is available to work across a variety of shifts. You will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces responsibility, and is eager to develop their leadership skills while making a real impact. 

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our Food and Beverage outlets ensuring exceptional service, operational efficiency, and team development. You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to lead and inspire your team while maintaining compliance and upholding the Southport Sharks values.

THE RESPONSIBILTIES

• Oversee restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and efficiency to deliver outstanding results.
• Optimise staffing levels and schedules to align with business demands.
• Manage and train team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Identify training needs and implement service standards to enhance team performance.
  
• Cultivate a culture of open communication and teamwork.
• Lead by example in decision-making, problem-solving, and delivering top-tier customer experiences.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Food Safety & Hygiene qualifications
• Current QLD RSA
• First Aid Certification
• Experience in team leadership within hospitality operations
