We are looking for an experienced Gaming Cashier who has a bright, outgoing personality and exceptional customer service skills to ensure a high level of customer service is offered to our members and guests.

THE RESPONSIBILTIES
Providing prompt, friendly, customer focused advice and assistance to members and guests on machine and loyalty system operation, including carrying out permitted minor repairs and machine maintenance
Provide food and beverage services to gaming patrons quickly and efficiently, ensuring there are minimal waiting times
To handle all cash and gaming associated transactions in an efficient manner, ensuring the security of cash and the privacy of member details at all times
The assist with clearances, hopper weights and meter reads as required
Maintaining a clean, organised environment free of any hazards
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 1-2 years of gaming experience
Minimum of 1 year bar experience
Current Qld RSA and RSG
Experience in TAB and Keno would be advantageous
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team
Initiative and ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with a range of different people
Trustworthy and reliable
High level of grooming and personal presentation standards
Reliability and the flexibility to work a variety of night and weekend shifts, which may include public holidays
