About the Role…
As a Team Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in demonstrating leadership to our team and delivering hands-on support to ensure service excellence to all customers.
Supervise daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures
Train and mentor new and existing team members
Monitor stock levels and stock rotation
Maintain bar cleaning and WHS procedures
Monitor staff working hours with trade levels and liaise with the Duty Managers
Supervise staff and monitoring performance and skill level
Delivering a high standard of service to members and guests
Providing bar service and table clearing services to guests
Handling all cash transactions associated with food, beverage and any other services to guests in an efficient manner, ensuring the security of cash and the privacy of member details at all times
About you…
Current QLD RSA Certificate
Current QLD RSG Certificate
TAB Certificate & Experience
Previous leadership/supervisor experience in a bar
Strong understanding and knowledge of bar products
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team
Trustworthy and reliable
Reliability and the flexibility to work a variety of night and weekend shifts, which may include public holidays
