We’re looking for a confident, experienced Duty Manager to help lead our community Club across all of our hospitality spaces, including our health center, hotel and gaming. If you love bringing people together, supporting teams, and creating great experiences, this is the role for you. As a key leader on the floor, you’ll set the tone for service, ensuring our venue runs smoothly, and build strong relationships with members, guests, and staff. Every shift, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping a safe, welcoming, and energetic community hub. - Lead daily operations with confidence and care
- Support and motivate teams to deliver exceptional service
- Connect with members and resolve issues with empathy
- Uphold compliance across Liquor, Gaming, WHS, Food Safety & AML/CTF
- Manage staffing levels, cash controls, reporting, and venue safety
- Act as Chief Warden during emergencies
- Experience leading teams in hospitality, clubs, or gaming
- Strong decision-making and communication skills
- Professionalism, warmth, and a customer-first mindset
- Confidence in cash handling and operational procedures
