ABOUT KAKTUS

Introducing Kaktus – the Gold Coasts newest Mexican inspired bar, where colour, energy and flavour collide. At Kaktus, we’re bringing something fresh to the Coast — vibrant, tequila-driven, and unapologetically bold. 

THE ROLE

We are on the lookout for experienced and talented Bar Attendants who enjoys delivering an outstanding level of service, where exceeding expectations is the minimum standard.  Aviary and Kaktus aim to take guests on a journey from the time they enter to the time they leave. This can involve working behind the bar, welcoming guests upon arrival and acting as a host to their experience and running food and drinks.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• You must be confident in making cocktails and the ability to learn and experiment with new and exciting recipes
• Minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage in a high-end restaurant or bar
• Current QLD RSA Certificate
• Be willing to engage with guests and provide 5-star service
• Be friendly, fast and efficient, as well as confident and reliable

Must be available Wednesday - Sunday nights.
