About the role

As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in setting the tone for the team each day, leading from the front, supporting your people, and ensuring every guest walks into a space that feels welcoming, clean, and cared for.

You’ll:

• Lead and support a team of Room Attendants and Public Area Cleaners
• Set daily direction and ensure the team is set up for success
• Maintain high standards across guest rooms and public areas
• Coach, train, and develop team members on the floor
• Work closely with Front Office and Maintenance to deliver a seamless guest experience
• Take pride in creating an environment that reflects our standards and values

Who we’re looking for
