THE ROLE
Aviary Rooftop is on the lookout for an experienced and talented Bar Attendant who enjoys delivering an outstanding level of service, where exceeding expectations is the minimum standard. Aviary aims to take guests on a journey from the time they enter to the time they leave. This can involve working behind the bar, welcoming guests upon arrival and acting as a host to their experience and running food and drinks.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
You must be confident in making cocktails and the ability to learn and experiment with new and exciting recipes
Minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage in a high-end restaurant or bar
Current QLD RSA Certificate
Be willing to engage with guests and provide 5-star service
Be friendly, fast and efficient, as well as confident and reliable
Must be available Wednesday - Sunday nights.
