Are you organised, detail-focused and love order?

We're looking for a Risk & Compliance Coordinator to join our team for a six-month contract and help drive some exciting projects across risk, compliance, safety and governance.

You'll work closely with our Risk & Compliance Manager to keep our systems running smoothly, support audits and inspections, manage documents and SOPs, track actions, and help strengthen compliance across our busy operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Updating risk assessments and compliance registers
• Tracking actions and keeping projects moving
• Completing inspections and supporting audits
• Managing documents, policies and procedures
• Creating SOPs
• Supporting incident administration
• Assisting departments with Safe Work Procedures
• Providing general risk and compliance support

About You

• Highly organised with great attention to detail
• Comfortable working with systems, spreadsheets and documentation
• Strong communicator who enjoys working across different teams
• Experience in administration, compliance, WHS, governance or risk is highly regarded
• Loves ticking things off a list and making processes better
