We're looking for an energetic, friendly and motivated Customer Care Agent to be the face of our health club. No two days are the same. From welcoming members with a smile to helping someone start their fitness journey, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional member experience every single day.

What you'll be doing: 

As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you'll:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable first impressions.
• Welcome members, visitors and prospective members with enthusiasm.
• Process memberships, enquiries, bookings and payments accurately.
• Promote memberships, programs and club services.
• Keep the reception area organised, professional and inviting.
• Support the day-to-day administration of the Health Club.
• Work closely with our Fitness, Group Fitness and wider Southport Sharks teams to deliver an exceptional experience for every member.

We're looking for someone who is: 

• Passionate about customer service and creating great experiences.
• Self-motivated and enjoys taking ownership of their work.
• A genuine team player who brings positive energy every shift.
• Confident communicating with a wide variety of people.
• Organised, reliable and comfortable using computer systems.
• Interested in health and fitness, with previous reception, administration or fitness industry experience highly regarded.
